1–2 Days

Day & Overnight Challenge

An intensive introduction to outdoor leadership. Perfect for school groups, corporate teams, or first-time participants.

Trail Navigation: Map reading, route planning, and decision-making on the move
Team Challenges: Structured activities designed to surface leadership dynamics
Debrief Sessions: Guided reflection connecting outdoor experience to real-life leadership
Duration: 1 full day or 1 night / 2 days

3–4 Days

Leadership Expedition

Our flagship multi-day residential program. Participants rotate leadership roles, manage group decisions, and develop genuine outdoor competence. Ideal for DofE Expeditions.

Expedition Planning: Participants co-design the itinerary and carry full responsibility
Overnight Camping: Lightweight backpacking with off-grid bivouac nights
Leadership Journal: Daily reflection to consolidate growth and insights
Duration: 3–4 days (customizable)
